The Site provides general information about Strata Expanse, our services—including Gray Space as a Service™ and the Amphix™ AI Infrastructure Platform—and our approach to edge compute infrastructure development. The Site also provides a contact form for inquiries. The content on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or commitment to provide any services.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Strata Expanse with respect to your use of the Site. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and the Company regarding the Site.

16. Waiver

The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by the Company.
